Private Sessions (1:1)
Private sessions are our specialty! Personalized Pilates tailored to your body, history, and goals. Ideal for chronic pain, posture work, injury recovery, or anyone who wants professional guidance and steady progress. We focus on alignment, control, and safe progression, never rushing through movements.

Semi-Private Sessions (2-3 ppl)
Train with a partner while still receiving individualized coaching. Duets are great for clients who want accountability and consistency with careful attention to form, pacing, and modifications. Ideal for friends, couples, or anyone who wants consistent progress with a little extra energy.

Group Classes (4-8ppl)
A supportive small-group format that still prioritizes form, breath, and control. Recommended for clients who are comfortable with Pilates fundamentals and want to maintain strength, mobility, and alignment as part of a long-term routine.
