Wendy is a recent graduate of our PSC training program and learned quite a bit under Gina and Erin’s instruction. Wendy is passionate about her background in Ballet and incorporates some of that discipline, stretching and technique into her workouts.

She’s also no stranger to overcoming injuries or working with limitations as she herself has experienced setbacks and understands the mental and physical process of rebuilding your strength. “I was a Las Vegas casino Cocktail Waitress just shy of 20 years when my shoulder (tray arm) gave out. I started doing Pilates as a part of my physical therapy post surgery and after months of struggling through rehabilitation, I eventually became stronger and re-built my shoulder. I chose to continue doing Pilates to keep my injuries at bay and in the process my body completely transformed! My lower back pain subsided, my posture improved and I felt stronger with flexibility! I was hooked! So much so, I became the teacher! I remember laying on the Reformer in Las Vegas wondering what I was going to do next. I knew I couldn’t continue carrying those heavy trays, but I fantasized about working in a studio and helping people. A few years and nearly 500 training hours later, here I am! It brings me great joy to hear that my clients feel better after a session.”
