Taylor is an associate of The Pilates Method and iscertified under the Physical Mind Institute.
Taylor’s love for movement started at a young age when she discovered her love for dance and choreography. She incorporates this passion by creating fun and invigorating classes for her clients. Taylor’s workouts consist of body sculpting on the reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair. She focuses on improving strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Because of her experience working in chiropractic offices and rehabilitation centers, Taylor is able to work with clients with different types of injuries as well. She has seen how Pilates has transformed all types of bodies and has brought overall wellness and strength to her clients.
