I was first introduced to Pilates and Gyrotonic at ShapeShift Pilates Studio in 2006. Both exercises were new to me then, so I took a few lessons and learned how fun and challenging they are. Pilates and Gyrotonic are dynamic exercises that help to strengthen the body and the mind all while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Gyrotonic reminds me of swimming and dance- both of which I love to do! Pilates was like learning a new language- so intricate and creative plus it’s good for the brain! I have always been interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle for myself and for others. I love what my job entails: I help manage the studio and schedule appointments. I love seeing our clients staying fit, young, and happy.
