Kelly has been teaching the Pilates Method since 2010. However, athletics and body movement have always had a strong influence throughout her life.

Kelly has been teaching the Pilates Method since 2010. However, athletics and body movement have always had a strong influence throughout her life. While getting her Radiology degree, Kelly competed in track and field at state level and was involved in the dance production team. After taking her first mat class, she instantly became hooked. And just as Joseph Pilates guaranteed- she recognized changes in her body in just 10 sessions. As a “Body Geek” , she was driven to learn more and quickly became inspired to teach others. In 2015, Kelly founded TriBella Fitness teaching Pilates, Aerial Yoga and Zumba.

 

“I believe Pilates should be fun and functional. I am to educate my clients on the essence of movement and hope it will stay with them into their every day life.”

 

Born and raised in Orange County, life has taken her to some amazing places to live but she is excited to be back in Southern California. Kelly and her husband Chris have 3 adultĀ children. She loves to cook, run and play golf. when not in the studio, she enjoys her home by listening to music, dancing and seeking to find a balance of work, play and joy.
