Erin has been a certified Pilates instructor since 2012 when she completed her comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training at Pilates Sports Center in Encino CA.
Erin has been a certified Pilates instructor since 2012 when she completed her comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training at Pilates Sports Center in Encino CA. She continued her education and trained in Pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy Pilates under Jennifer Gianni. In February 2018, she achieved her long term goal of becoming a Master Pilates Trainer through her alma mater, Pilates Sports Center.
Erin discovered Pilates because she needed rehabilitation after a severe soccer injury. She began strengthening and training her body and loved how the exercises made her look and feel. To this day, she takes Pilates classes regularly and finds them challenging every time. The exercises in Pilates always vary and remain challenging even after years of practice. Erin loves the idea that Pilates is an exercise for life!
