Class Descriptions


Private one-on-one session:

A one-on-one Private session is an effective way to learn and perfect your Pilates practice. Our instructors are able to pay undivided attention to your individual needs and tailor a customized program for optimum results.

  • Semi-Private Session (2-3 students):

    Our small-group sessions include a wide range of mat and equipment exercises, and allow for substantial individual assessment, guidance and monitoring.

  • Group Reformer class (4-8 Students):

    We offer group hour-long Reformer Classes that move at a nice pace, with a wide-range of exercises.  We offer Prime Time Classes ($25/class) and Non-Prime Time Classes ($20/class).

  • JumpBoard Group Reformer Class:

    An invigorating class that mixes fast, powerful, jumping movements with reformer exercises.

  • Private Rehabilitative Exercise Sessions:

    We offer exercise rehabilitation using the Pilates techniques individually tailored for your specific needs, injuries and concerns.


We offer Private, Semi-Private and Small Group Gyrotonic Classes.
