Class Descriptions

PILATES SESSIONS:

Private one-on-one session: A one-on-one Private session is an effective way to learn and perfect your Pilates practice. Our instructors are able to pay undivided attention to your individual needs and tailor a customized program for optimum results.

Semi-Private Session (2-3 students): Our small-group sessions include a wide range of mat and equipment exercises, and allow for substantial individual assessment, guidance and monitoring.

Group Reformer class (4-8 Students): We offer group hour-long Reformer Classes that move at a nice pace, with a wide-range of exercises.  We offer Prime Time Classes ($25/class) and Non-Prime Time Classes ($20/class).

JumpBoard Group Reformer Class:
An invigorating class that mixes fast, powerful, jumping movements with reformer exercises.

Private Rehabilitative Exercise Sessions:
We offer exercise rehabilitation using the Pilates techniques individually tailored for your specific needs, injuries and concerns.

GYROTONIC SESSIONS:
We offer Private, Semi-Private and Small Group Gyrotonic Classes.

Home Programs: We will put together a home program tailored to your specific needs and/or goals.

ShapeShift WalkAbout: Learn how to walk with correct posture, burn more calories and rehabilitate your body while walking.  Discover how to apply awareness to your walking and inspire yourself to increase your mileage.

Head and Neck Release: We offer sessions in the ShapeShift Head and Neck Release.  15 or 30 minute sessions available.
